NationList India News Desk

India, the world, and the context behind the news.

About this byline

The News Desk is the shared publication byline of NationList India for coverage of India and the wider world. It identifies the publication rather than an individual reporter.

A desk byline is not a claim that a named reporter witnessed an event. Attribution within each article identifies the reporting, statements and evidence it relies on.

Our coverage spans politics, business, technology, science, sport, culture and developments across India and the world. News, explainers, fact checks and opinion serve different purposes; the article’s label and context matter.

Updates and corrections

Article pages display publication and update times. Our corrections policy explains how to flag an error and how corrections, clarifications and updates should be handled. Include the article link, disputed statement and supporting evidence when preparing a correction request.

Images and AI assistance

AI-generated representative graphics are illustrations, not photographs of the event or people depicted. Our editorial policy requires these to be labelled and calls for human review of AI-assisted work; AI output is not a source of facts.
