A research report published on 14 October describes a possible explanation for a radio-wave formation that resembles a musical treble clef: an earlier black-hole outburst followed by a collision between galaxy clusters.

The team combined observations from Chandra, eROSITA and other telescopes. Their interpretation is that particles expelled by a supermassive black hole first produced radio emission that faded. A later cluster collision compressed or reenergised the material, brightening it again.

This remains a proposed physical explanation. The familiar shape is a visual resemblance, not evidence of any connection between the object and music.
